Is this audio converter safe to use?
Absolutely. Your media assets are uploaded securely to our server, converted using standard high-fidelity audio engines, and all uploaded and output files are deleted automatically within 15 minutes of conversion.
Can I extract audio directly from video files?
Yes. You can drag and drop common video files (like MP4, WebM, AVI, MOV) directly into the converter workspace. The engine will strip the video tracks and extract the sound stream to your chosen format.
Why does WAV format not support bitrate adjustments?
WAV format stores raw, uncompressed PCM audio. It has a constant sample-depth structure instead of customizable compression bitrates. For lossless files with smaller storage, select FLAC.
How does the Vocal Cut karaoke filter work?
Vocals in studio mixes are generally centered equally between the Left and Right channels. The Vocal Cut filter cancels out the center-panned frequencies by subtracting the channels from each other.
Are there file size limits?
Since files are now processed server-side, you can convert larger audio and video files safely without experiencing browser lag or running out of device RAM. Max upload limit depends on server PHP settings.
